How to do bloodletting treatment

First, cupping and phlebotomy pens must be sterilized, and then sterilize the location to be phlebotomized (eg: the back of the hands and feet)

Suck the cupping in the ready-to-bleed position for three minutes, then remove the cupping use the phlebotomy pen to stick to the skin just removed from the cupping, press 4-6 times than immediately use cup to suck the same position again, you can clearly see the blood outflow (5-15ml). After the blood stops, remove the cupping and immediately sterilize the skin. Repeat at the same location one more time if needed Tip: The wound must be disinfected immediately and do not touch the wound with water within 12 hours

Is bloodletting safe?

Does bleeding hurt?

There will be a little tingling feeling, because the needle needs to be used to pierce the skin several times to cause small wounds, but it is less painful than acupuncture.

Can I eat or drink before bloodletting?

Can but try to avoid nicotine absorption, such as: coffee, tea, cigarettes. Because coffee and nicotine can constrict blood vessels, affecting blood flow.
